MLK, Jr Day Trail Ride at Talbot

Happy Birthday Trey!
This is the only picture I have of Trey, my eldest nephew. It is a little blurry. Trey turns twelve today! How time flys! I remember being 12. What an awkward year of life. Gah! I hope his is better!

In Other News...
I took Petey for a walk. We went by the neighbor's, who were out on the four wheeler, pulling the kids around on a sled. That was exciting. What a fur ball! 
I put Pete up and was walking the fence line back to the house, when I walked by the propane tank, I smelled gas really strong. I went and got Dan, and he too smelled it, and found a leak he could hear, where the tank connects to the pipe that goes in the ground. I called our propane company and the guy came out, but didn't have the right stuff to fix it. So, he is coming back out today. Fun! I am hoping they don't charge us for two trips. Also, I wonder how much $$$ has leaked out of the freaking tank. Errr!

Blood in the snow...
Sunday was not as nice as our Saturday night out... I went down to the barn Sunday morning and Margo had frozen blood all over her ear! 
Hard to get a good pic... My poor baby! I left it alone, since it wasn't bleeding anymore, but tender. I went out in the field to try and figure out what happened and found a bunch of blood in the snow. 
Yikes! That is never fun to find! Looks like she was eating with her head through the damn barb wire fence and must have caught her ear on it. :(

Winter Riding...
Margo and I went out to hack around Talbot with my friend Melinda over break.
Both the days we were going to try and fox hunt over break got snowed out! Dang!
