Here are some more examples... I want mine to be 4' long, 2' OR 2'3" tall, 6" wide... I don't know why these all have a middle support (upright), I think that can be eliminated to simplify the design. I do want bases though, to make them sturdier for cross county...
Here is another type of jump I want to build, as I have all that wood at the barn I can use... a "ramp" jump, or a coop (two sided ramp...) :)

The middle support may be to keep the rails from warping or twisting.
